  1. 01.

    What am I agreeing to?

By accessing or using sØl at s0l.app, you agree to these Terms of Service, which form a legally binding agreement between you and sØl. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

  2. 02.

    Who may use sØl?

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using sØl, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

  3. 03.

What kind of service is this?

sØl provides tools for the Solana blockchain ecosystem. Every tool builds a transaction that you review and sign yourself. We never hold your funds and cannot move them without your signature.

  4. 04.

    What does the incinerator do?

It scans the token accounts belonging to any public address without requiring a wallet connection. For the accounts you select, it builds a transaction that burns any remaining balance and closes the account so its rent deposit returns to you. Burning a token is irreversible. We charge 2% of the rent actually reclaimed, in the same transaction.

  5. 05.

What does the bulk sender do?

It sends one SPL or Token-2022 token to a list of recipient addresses you supply. Recipient lists are processed in your browser. We charge 0.001 SOL per recipient. You are responsible for every address you enter; a transfer to the wrong address cannot be undone.

  6. 06.

    How do fees work?

Our fee is shown before you sign and included in the transaction you approve. It is separate from Solana network fees and rent, which the network sets. Fees are charged per transaction, are non-refundable once confirmed, and may change; the figure displayed when you sign is the figure that applies.

  7. 07.

    What should I verify myself?

You are responsible for verifying all information shown by the tools. Blockchain data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Check critical information through multiple sources before you act.

  8. 08.

Who is responsible for wallet security?

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. sØl never has access to them and will never ask for them. Be alert to phishing and never share private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

  9. 09.

    What uses are prohibited?

You may not use the services for illegal activity or fraud; to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights; to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to overload or disrupt the services or infrastructure; or to scrape or harvest service data with automated systems.

  10. 10.

    Is anything here financial advice?

No. sØl does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Information shown by the tools is informational only. Cryptocurrency activity involves a substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your research and decisions.

  11. 11.

Can I rely on the data being exact?

No guarantee is made about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We fetch data from third-party blockchain RPC providers, including Helius and Solana public RPC, and that data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  12. 12.

Will the service always be available?

No. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. The services rely on third-party infrastructure, including Helius RPC, Solana, and wallet providers, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or accuracy.

  13. 13.

    What warranties do you provide?

The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  14. 14.

What is the limit of sØl's liability?

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sØl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, or cryptocurrency; losses from unauthorized wallet access; errors in blockchain data; or transaction failures. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you bear the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

  15. 15.

Who owns the site and its content?

sØl owns its original content, features, and functionality, which are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Some services may be open source; the applicable license controls those usage rights.

  16. 16.

What must I indemnify sØl for?

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sØl and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms or third-party rights, or transactions you conduct using the tools.

  17. 17.

What law applies, and how are disputes handled?

These Terms are governed by and construed under applicable international law. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

  18. 18.

What if one term cannot be enforced?

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

  19. 19.

    Can these Terms change?

Yes. We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be signaled by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

  20. 20.

What happens during events outside your control?

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Solana failures, congestion, or downtime; RPC outages; internet or hosting disruptions; natural disasters; war; or government action or regulation. Our affected obligations are suspended until the event concludes.

  21. 21.

    Can these Terms be assigned?

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them, in whole or in part and without restriction, to an affiliate or successor, including in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  22. 22.

    What is the entire agreement?

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and sØl about the services. They replace all prior written or oral agreements, understandings, negotiations, and communications about the same subject.

  23. 23.

Does a failure to enforce a term waive it?

No. A failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. A waiver of one term is not a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

  24. 24.
